Payment & Subscriptions:
Whenever a customer sign's up for an service and selects to pay via PayPal, we present him with two payment links
(a) Yellow button - Pay Now! with Paypal: this link makes a single payment made against the invoice.
(b) Yellow button - PayPal SUBSCRIBE: this link makes a payment subscription between Customer & PayPal which instructs PayPal on behalf of the customer, that PayPal should pay the amount automatically, whenever the renewal comes up (monthly or annually etc...).
Kindly choose only "Pay Now" payment links, if you wish to only pay for the current invoice.
Payment-Invoice Cross-reference: Each paypal payment has an "item number". This generally refers to the our invoice number. Incase of subscriptions, this refers to the invoice number when the subscription was created. Details of all invoices and payment are always available via https://www.indichosts.net/billing.
Managing Subscriptions: You can view / check / cancel any payment subscription, at any time. Kindly login through your PayPal interface and cancel any 'active' subscriptions.
Payment Receipts: On receipt of a payment due to a PayPal subscription, our system applies the payment to the renewal invoice of the service and a receipt is emailed to your registered email address with details of the invoice and account status.

It's the customer's responsibility to cancel the customer's subscriptions, as it's the customer who sets them up from the customer's Paypal.
