Server not found Firefox can't find the server at www.domainonlineresearch.com

Question:

We have a domain registered and hosted by you (domain.com.au)
We have purchased domainonlineresearch.com and domainonlineresearch.com.au from you as well a few days ago.
Right now these two websites don’t work. We get this message:

Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at www.domainonlineresearch.com.

What steps do we have to take for these two domains to work in the same hosting package we already have?

You need to do two things,

1. Change the domain's nameservers [DNS settings] to those given in hosting Activation Email. This can be done from My Domains >> Domain-details page in Customer Portal (indichosts.net/billing/). There after we must allow 24-72 hours for DNS propagation. To shorten this cycle, it's best to set the correct "nameservers" while ordering the domain name.

2. Login to hosting control panel (cPanel [if Linux] or HELM/DNP [if Windows]) and add the domains as an hosted/addon domain or parked/alias domain. Check flash movie tutorials at
www.indichosts.net/tutorials/flash.htm#HELM

Give it a shot and let me know to cross-check or if you get stuck.
