Multiple account managment

Question: Hi, I have several domains hosted at your servers. Some Linux, some Windows. I would like to reset the password for CPanel access (and reminder of the user id as well). With my CPanel access, do I have access to ALL my domains to manage them, or do I need a separate id-password for each of my domains?

Answer: The best method for managing your accounts is through the 'Customer Portal' located at . After login, go to 'My Services' and then click on 'more-info.' or the light-green-icon of a service.

After clicking, on the 'Service Details' page, you will see displayed your login id and password.
There will be a link to reset the password.
There will also be a link to click and login to cPanel/WSP.

Thus, if you can remember the password of Customer Portal, you can login to all your Linux/Windows control panels as well as see their individual login details and change them if needed.

However, if you need further automation, we can upgrade your account to a semi-dedicated or VDS. These come with reseller WHM access. Herein you will be able to manage all your Linux account via a single cPanel login and all your Windows account via a single WSP login.

If you have multiple Customer Portal account (with different email ids), please contact us so that we can merge them into a single login of your choice.
