Question:
I am not getting some of the emails sent to domain-name.com, but the CC copy of the same sent to Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo is getting received?

Answer:
We donot have any server level filtering of emails by sender domain name. If the email is considered SPAM then it will be tagged as such and forwarded to you. If the email has a virus, the virus will be removed and you will get a notification email with the stripped message.

Please check your junk email folders, email client's mail handling rules to see if the emails are getting identified by email client & getting re-routed.

If your emails have large attachments, they take longer time to travel to the destination.

Finally, you can send a plain text email and check if you receive the same.

If the problum is restricted to a specific received domain-name(s). Please verify if their domain-name's IP address is not blacklisted for SPAM. If so, please ask their webhost to get their domain's IP cleared from the SPAM blacklist

If the problum still persists or if all outgoing emails are facing the same problum, please make a support ticket and provide us with the email details to: , from: , subject: , time sent: , timezone:
