Question:
I am having trouble viewing my website. The website shows the following message.

403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.




Answer:
Please check the permissions on your html and jpg, gif files. Please set them to 0644 for your site to load properly.

If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a support ticket for further assistance.
