You forgot to renew your domain name and it has expired.

Since you did-not renew it during the grace period after expiry, the domain name is now in the REDEMPTION PERIOD. The registry sets this status when a registrar requests that the domain name be deleted from the registry, as it's owner has not exercised the right to renew it for further period. Such domain will not be included in the zone.

The domain can not be modified or purged; it can only be restored. Any other registrar requests to modify or otherwise update the domain will be rejected. The domain will be held in this status for a maximum of 30 calendar days and thereafter deleted.

You have two options at this stage;

(1) Contact us to know the REDEMPTION FEE for the domain (Usually > $100) and restore the domain name to active status. This option ensures the domain name remains your property and adds to your website/brand.

or

(2) Allow the domain name to be deleted and then try to re-register it. This option does-not guarantee the retention of the domain name in your favour, but does allow you to the chance to re-register it after deletion.
