Moodle requires the max upload file to be 32MB. This is set at 2MB and a change needs to be made in php.ini?
Yes, Please make a custom php.ini in the public_html directory of your domain or the directory where moodle is installed, and set the custom settings.
The server will take these custom settings and the remaining settings from the server php.ini.
