Issue: I am unable to update the domain WHOIS registrant's contact details as required by ICAAN, as the update process requires validation of the old email address, which is no longer working!

Resolution:
The validation by the existing registrant email address on file is for your protection against malicious attempts to gain control of your domain name. If all possibilities of regaining access to the existing registrant email address have failed, then we need to manually authenticate your identity and as an exception manually authorize the change.

In order to modify the WHOIS contract modification for the domain in such situations, kindly provide us with the below documents.

1) A valid Government issued Photo ID proof of " Registrant " bearing the signature on it (e.g: Driving License or Passport, etc.)
2) Contact Modification form to be filled and manually signed by " Registrant "(these can be downloaded from any of the below formats).

http://publicdomainregistry.com/docs/PDR_Contact_Modification.pdf

Please note that the signature on the form and the Photo ID proof should match. You may scan and attach these documents in your reply on the ticket. On its receipt and verification, we will proceed to make the change.
