I am getting not sufficient permissions to upload file, when I try to upload picture through my program/scripts web interface?

In Linux hosting, please CHMOD the subdirectory to 755 and for Windows hosting, Please make a support ticket and tell the sub-directory which require full I_USER permissions are required and we shall do the needfull.
